Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Estate Manager to oversee the personal needs and activities of a prominent individual and their family. As the Executive Estate Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, supporting, and managing various aspects of the employer's household.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive calendar management for all personal activities, including scheduling appointments and coordinating commitments.
- Communication management regarding schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements with all necessary parties.
- Supervision of household staff, including hiring, overseeing quality of work, and providing coaching and guidance.
- Coordination of domestic and personal travel in collaboration with the Executive Events Manager.
- Liaison with other members of the support team, including the Manager, Office of the President, Ranch Manager, Admin Assistant, and Security.
- Execution of personal errands, requests, shopping, and other needs as required.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-profile household or executive setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Word, email, and calendaring tools.
- Ability to maintain discretion, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to after-hours communication when necessary.
