Key Responsibilities:

- Inspire and lead a team of passionate individuals, fostering a creative and collaborative environment where innovative ideas flourish. Ideal candidates will have management experience in the theater or similar entertainment sectors.
- Ensure seamless operations across multiple locations, overseeing staffing, scheduling, logistics, and venue arrangements. Your organizational skills will play a pivotal role in orchestrating flawless experiences for our guests.
- Oversee and manage ecommerce operations, ensuring well-maintained inventory, prompt dispatch of packages, and efficient organization of areas.
- Negotiate with contractors for maintenance and grounds work, guaranteeing the upkeep of our facilities to the highest standards.
- Develop compelling content for promotional materials, social media, and online platforms, highlighting our unique offerings and attracting new visitors.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, actively seeking feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles and event management is crucial.
- A background in performance or entertainment, with management experience in the field, is highly desirable.
