A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
As a member of our customer service team you are responsible for making sure our clients needs are taken care of in the most time effective way possible. We cannot provide our clients with the very best in HVAC services without being attentive to details and keeping our office running smoothly. You are indispensable to our success! You perform a variety of day-to-day office tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, emailing, writing letters, scheduling appointments, verifying the completion of work orders, charging parts, updating accounts, maintaining files, etc.
But, really, it's not what you do, but how you do it. You are good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized. You are an independent thinker who is capable of making good decisions and being proactive. You enjoy your job as you are never bored and get satisfaction out of keeping everything in order!
