Purpose
Inbound Sales Representatives are primarily responsible for handling inbound direct-to-consumer phone calls and making outbound calls to existing leads. Their main responsibilities include initiating contact with customers, identifying their needs, and selling appropriate products and services to meet those needs. All leads will be provided by Connect America through marketing-related activities, eliminating the need for cold-calling. Our products offer safety and security solutions for our customers and their loved ones.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and sell Connect America's full suite of products directly to consumers, focusing on providing security and safety solutions tailored to individual needs.

Maintain a pipeline of leads and efficiently close them through outbound calls, including those from website inquiries and online orders.

Utilize sales processing software within company guidelines to meet daily, weekly, and monthly quotas set by management.

Demonstrate exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently.

Provide comprehensive product, service, and pricing information to callers.

Maintain a positive attitude, excel as a team player, and adhere to all company guidelines.

Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment to achieve sales goals.

Adhere to the company's attendance policy.

Availability to work Second Shift Hours between 11 AM and 9 PM with one weekend day requirement.
Required Skills:
-
At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Representative or 2 years of experience in a customer service call center position

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to effectively communicate products and services to callers.

Ability to carefully listen and negotiate with callers.

Computer proficiency with sales platforms, CRM data entry, internet, and Microsoft software

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team within a fast-growing organization.

High School diploma required but a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Schedule Requirements
Tuesday through Friday 12:30 PM-9:30 PM EST and every Saturday 10:30 AM-7 PM. You will have off every Sunday and Monday.
