Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of menu planning and catering is a plus
- Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus
- Must adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
