We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Senderra. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our office. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, serving as a first point-of-contact for Office visitors, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining files and records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in using office software, and possess the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Manage and maintain Team’s calendars, including organizing and prioritizing appointments.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, presentations, and reports.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, routing them to the appropriate parties.
- Serve as a first point of contact for Office visitors and route them to the respective departments.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of meetings, including taking minutes, booking venues, and arranging catering.
- Maintain and update files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Order office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Provide general administrative support, such as taking care of office errands and managing office visitors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 5-7 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to work well in a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
