The Corporate Trainer plays a crucial role in enhancing employee knowledge, skills and performance through well-designed and engaging training initiatives. They teach by example while demonstrating the standards of the mission and company culture of MedSrv through their own behaviors. They demonstrate patience, empathy, confidence, communication skills and technical expertise.

Facilitating interactive training sessions using various instructional methods and techniques.

Accessing training effectiveness by evaluating the impact through assessments and feedback, making improvements as needed.

Create comprehensive training curricula and materials tailored to the organization’s needs.

Produce engaging and informative training materials, such as presentations and multimedia content.

Facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops, using various instructional methods and techniques in person and online and utilizing blended learning methods.

Analyze organizational and employee training needs to identify knowledge gaps, skill deficiencies, and required competencies.

Collaborate with managers by working closely to schedule up training and continued educational needs.

Coordinate system access setup for new hires and facilitate completion of required forms.
