Arcadia Retirement Residence
- Greets all guests and takes beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner.

Prepares food and beverages for service to residents and guests in compliance with all health and safety regulations and presentation standards.

Accurately enters orders into the POS system.

Serves food and beverages to residents and guests with accuracy in a courteous, timely, and professional manner, meeting or exceeding guest service standards and expectations.

Works with and follows up with Supervisors and Managers to address and respond to residents’ concerns and requests in regard to food quality, service, and related matters.

Provides Managers and Supervisors with continuous feedback from residents on food preparation, presentation, and taste.

Performs side-work and other opening or closing duties as required.

Ensures that waitstaff stations are clean and maintained throughout the shift.
Performs the necessary duties for emergency drills and
situation

such as fire, fire alarms, hurricanes, and other possible emergencies as outlined in the Disaster Response Playbook.

High school graduate preferred. Prior customer service experience preferred.
Use of computers, working knowledge of POS system and software applications to input and research data.
