Minds in Motion ABA Therapy Center, LLC is looking for motivated and energetic Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to join our fast-growing team. We are an Autism Specific Provider Group that implements the science of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). The RBT Role:
- Implement treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA and work in collaboration with other team members
- Provide treatment in the center, at home, in the community, and in school settings as needed
- Implementing instructional plans & behavior support plans (daily living, social, and play schemes)
- Therapists are responsible for building/maintaining rapport with the child and keeping up-to-date with program goals/changes for each child.
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs under the supervision of a BCBA. (Supervision will be provided to those seeking certification in Behavior Analysis- BCaBA / BCBA).
- Collect data on a daily basis for both skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Log and input all data/notes according to company policy
- Collect accurate ongoing data on clients' programs
- We are looking to fill various part-time and full-time hours; mornings, afternoons, weekdays, and weekends.
- Willingness to travel throughout a workday as needed

Qualifications:
- Must hold RBT certification and have experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. (required)
- Direct ABA experience
- Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in college or university (preferred)
- A minimum of 1-year of experience providing ABA services to children (required)
- Reliable transportation, driver's license, insurance, and smartphone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to take direction from senior staff members
- Willingness to travel to and from clients' homes within 40 minutes of your location.
- Proficient technical and computer skills along with reliable internet access.
- Physical Demands - Working with clients in their natural environments may require you to lift or move approximately 50 lbs. and be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
- No prior criminal history-Must Pass a level II background clearance before treating clients
