Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues - Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery - Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Utilize logic controllers to diagnose and resolve issues - Weld and fabricate components as needed - Supervise and train junior technicians Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills - Proficient in English, both written and verbal - Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals - Familiarity with electrical systems and logic controllers Skills: - Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills - Strong leadership abilities to supervise junior technicians - Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Proficient in mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting techniques - Experience with electrical systems, logic controllers, and schematics Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
