Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote and sell insurance contracts
- Assess the needs and preferences of businesses and individuals, matching them with appropriate insurance plans
- Stay updated on iustry knowledge and apply it effectively in the field
- Adhere to all company policies and obligations
- Reach out to potential clients through networking, lead generation systems, referrals, and other channels to establish rapport
Requirements and Skills:
- Proficiency in working with computers
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Excellent communication
- Prior experience as an Insurance Sales Representative is advantageous but not required as we offer exceptional training
