The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator provides a variety of support to HR activities and programs involving benefits, compensation, training, and employee file management. They will perform internal customer service functions and provide administrative support to the HR department. The HR Coordinator will take direction from HR function administrators and the HR Director.
- Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects and proprietary information.
- Provide administrative support to HR function groups.
- Process HR department applications, including but not limited to maintaining employment and benefit records.
- Process benefit enrollments and terminations.
- Complete timely and accurate data entry in HR systems, benefit systems, programs, and applications.
- Respond to routine questions pertaining to HR policy and procedure.
- Respond to routine questions pertaining to employee benefits.
- Interact with employees to gather, verify, and update current employee data.
- Participate in employee training of HR systems and processes.
- Identify and develop HR process improvements; obtain buy-in from relevant HR team and implement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required

2 year(s): Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR support capacity required. Knowledge of Benefits Administration preferred. Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred.
