Responsibilities:

- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives

- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance customer experience
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Strong account management skills
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of technical sales processes
- Previous experience in outside sales is a plus
