Job Description:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategic sales plans, and managing a team of sales professionals. This role requires a proactive leader who can set and achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and foster strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish sales targets and revenue forecasts that align with the company’s objectives.
- Monitor and adjust sales targets as needed to respond to market conditions and company goals.
- Create comprehensive sales plans that include strategies for both short-term and long-term growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and new customer acquisition.
- Develop and implement innovative sales techniques to drive performance and achieve targets.
- Lead the recruitment process to attract, interview, and onboard top talent for the sales team.
- Design and deliver training programs to equip new hires with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Ensure the team remains motivated and engaged by providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team to help them meet and exceed their targets.
- Foster a positive and competitive team environment that encourages high performance and teamwork.

- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment on company goals and strategies.
- Communicate customer feedback and market trends to other departments to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to support overall business objectives.
- Manage the sales budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor expenses and optimize the use of resources to maximize return on investment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
