Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including medication management and therapy recommendations.
- Provide counseling and psychotherapy to patients dealing with various mental health issues.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including therapists, social workers, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Utilize telehealth platforms to offer remote psychiatric services when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to improve patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.

- Provide specialized care for geriatric patients with mental health concerns in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of a psychiatry residency program.
- Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
- Experience in psychopharmacology and prescribing medications for mental health conditions.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Prior experience working with data collection and analysis is a plus.

Pay: $190,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
