Duties:
- Act as a personal assistant to management when needed
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Provide customer support by answering phone calls and emails
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
- Support with computerizing data and maintaining electronic records
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and other office software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Knowledge of basic clerical procedures
