Job Description: Area Ops Manager - Operations, Strategy, and Business Development
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Ops Manager to lead our operations, strategy, and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will focus on driving business growth, optimizing operational efficiencies, and fostering team development. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Efficiencies:
- Recruit, develop, and continuously improve teams to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Analyze clinic strategies to identify inconsistencies and create action plans and implementation for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs to maintain consistency across clinics.
- Handle compliance related tasks and identify inefficiencies in business processes, proposing and implementing solutions.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners and the executive team.
- Benchmark against top clinics nationally to continuously improve best practices.
- Implement new corporate strategies and enhancements upon executive team approval.
- Maintain clear and effective communication among clinics, staff, patients, and stakeholders.
- Participate in corporate and regional calls to stay aligned with broader organizational goals.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide leadership to clinic staff, including chiropractors, administrative personnel, and support staff.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of clinic employees.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews for all staff, excluding DCs, in collaboration with the Medical Director.
- Train all non- chiropractor staff and direct reports including Wellness Coordinators, Patient Service Center and Business Development staff, emphasizing best practices and key performance drivers.
- Deliver partner-approved employment offers to candidates.
- Streamline clinic operations to improve patient care.
Business Development & Community Engagement:
- Drive overall business growth and revenue generation both internally and externally.
- Recruit, develop, and continuously improve teams involved in business development and community engagement, including PSC and local engagement teams.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with partners to support patient growth campaigns.
- Oversee monthly or quarterly patient specials and events, working closely with the engagement manager for execution.
- Identify, arrange, and execute local events such as sponsored and non-sponsored booth events, local festivals, farmer’s markets, and partnerships with local businesses etc.
- Organize patient appreciation events to enhance community relationships.
Training, Development and Performance Evaluation:
- Implement training and development programs for WC/PSC/BD staff to keep them updated on corporate initiatives and ensure peak performance.
- Setup tools to regularly assess the performance of clinics, staff, and individuals, that are your direct reports
- Collaborate with the Medical Director on chiropractor performance and training needs based on in clinic review
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements as needed.
- Keep the team updated on daily performance metrics.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and termination processes as needed.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
