The Compliance/HR Administrator is responsible for supporting all Safety/Compliance/HR-related duties. This person will have experience in working with human resources, and the safety/compliance department of a trucking company. This person will be responsible for executing daily tasks to support the Safety Director - including advertising, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, orienting, and creating a positive business environment for the long-term retention of drivers and staff.
Responsibilities:-
Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Coordinate employee onboarding and off-boarding processes to ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures

Monitor and audit compliance with workplace policies, such as sexual harassment, equal opportunity, and anti-discrimination policies

Manage employee files, including confidential personnel records, in accordance with legal requirements and company policies

Assist in performing employee background checks and other investigative tasks related to HR compliance
Qualifications:-
This position requires great organization and communication skills - HR experience preferred
