Job Description:
Support the Director of Business Development in driving revenue, generating new leads, and closing deals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Set quarterly sales goals with the Director of Business Development
- Fulfill end-to-end sales cycles, from cold calls to close (60+ calls/day) & emailing
- Independently manage a pipeline with multiple prospects, utilizing CRM to track progress
- Cultivate sales leads through consultative, strategic conversations
- Work closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business challenges
- Present creative solutions through storytelling, consultative discussions, and customized product demos
Requirements:
- Motivated to build a lasting career in sales by creating impactful relationships with our clients
- Previous customer-facing work or internship experience, such as customer service, sales, recruiting, or similar roles
- Excellent communication skills & professional phone presence
- Driven to make an impact and exceed sales goals
- 2+ years of experience in sales or an equal software company
- 1+ years of experience in SaaS HR-related tech companies (alternative)
