Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Assist with food preparation and help maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any concerns or special requests
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of food preparation and food service techniques
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Culinary knowledge is a plus but not required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness
