PC knowledge and skills, math ability, accounting, and bookkeeping skills. Detailed oriented and posses solid organizational and time management skills. Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure of deadlines and time restraints.
Job duties include but not limited to reviewing loan files and ordering all appropriate documents including employment verifications, credit report supplements, title work, appraisals and final inspections, hazard or flood insurance, and all other investor requirements prior to loan closing.
Must be able to interface effectively and professionally with applicants/borrowers, realtors, builders, appraisers, title companies and others in the department to insure efficient and timely workflow. Provide quality customer service by answering questions in a timely and professional manner. Must have excellent customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must project a professional image and collaborate with others in the department to accomplish goals and demanding deadlines.
