Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent full-service hospitality services for internal office meetings, events, and receptions including proper presentation of set-ups, ongoing support during events and the breakdown of each.
· Establish and maintain positive relationships with caterers and other event vendors.
· Maintain main kitchen inventory for Pittsburgh office.
· Assist in coordinating meeting schedules for the main conference room area.
· Assist with organizing and maintaining budget related information.
· Assist with administrative tasks such as collecting data, running reports, check requests, expenses, and other responsibilities as assigned by the Office Manager.
· Assist all Buchanan office locations with the Firm’s preferred business travel platform which may include holding training sessions, creating quarterly travel updates, and being one of the main points of contact.
· Support in the design of meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and office-wide email notifications and updates.
· Leads with strong communication and demonstrates effective interpersonal skills.
· Serve as a back-up to our Executive Receptionist with front desk coverage.
· Participate in Pittsburgh social committee and assist with the coordination of committee related pop-up events.
· All other duties as assigned.
Required Education/Experience:
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Associates degree preferred.
· Customer service experience preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
· Light typing ability.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Must be able to work overtime for events and receptions upon request.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
