Part-time / 25 to 30 hours a week with the oppurtunity to move to a full-time (40-hour).
The Administrative Assistant of Human Resources will perform administrative duties related to the operations of the human resource office. As the HR Administrator, you would play a critical part in helping to accelerate our business objectives and work alongside HR professionals and line managers to achieve the deliverance of those goals.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
-
Maintain employee records and enter/update information into the HRIS system.

Provide support during the Annual Benefits Open Enrollment.

Receives and distributes office mail.
-
Processes required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.

Assist with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.
-
Internal communications for first day new hire email, assist with arranging company issued equipment.
-
Assist with first day new hire orientation.
-
Complete I-9 Audits to ensure that employee documentation is current and valid.
-
Performs other related duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
-
Degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology or Business Administration or related preferred.

SHRM-CP, preferred plus.
-
Experience in related fields, required.
-
Professional level of MS Office suite, required.
-
Knowledge of HR procedures, laws, and HRIS a plus.
-
Organized, detail oriented, and punctual.
-
English proficient, written and verbal. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Capacity to multitask in a deadline-driven workplace with high volume.
