Perry & Neblett P.A. is looking for a self-motivated and hardworking attorney to help with the firm’s litigation and drafting/ project needs. This position requires a current Florida Bar License.
We have a boutique law firm and need someone that can assist with our very active practice.
We prefer someone that can work in the office full/part time and/or someone who is local and can meet in person as needed, but depending on the attorney and the projects that they would be working on, we will consider someone who is / can work remotely. Although we would prefer someone full time, we would also consider hiring someone that wants a flexible schedule as the work would be more assignment based and likely include preparing initial drafts and memos of law that we would tweak at the office.
An ideal candidate would have prior State and Federal Court drafting experience as well as experience with preparation of discovery and discovery responses.
If you are interested, please advise and please submit writing/brief samples.
