Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality , excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery throughout the hotel
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
- Monitor and control hotel expenses within budgetary guidelines
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance throughout the property
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
Experience:
- Proven experience in hotel or a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Proficiency in front desk operations
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to international guests
