We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. Duties:
- Conduct warm calls to generate new leads and opportunities
- Utilize CRM software to track progress and manage customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business expansion
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and negotiate deals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Demonstrate technical knowledge of products or services to effectively promote offerings
- Engage in inside sales activities to drive revenue growth
Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Experience in technical sales is a plus
- Previous exposure to sales is advantageous
