Hello,
We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and experienced cleaner, organizer, and general household helper. This position offers a flexible schedule with an average of 15-20 hours per week and the potential to work up to 40 hours per week. We are looking for someone who can start at 7 AM for at least one or two days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough Cleaning: Perform comprehensive cleaning of our home and two work buildings, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained.
- Organization: Help organize various spaces, creating a tidy and functional environment.
- Laundry Assistance: Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes and linens.
- Errand Running: Assist with running errands as needed, such as grocery shopping and picking up supplies.
- Trash and Recycling Management: Ensure all trash and recycling are regularly taken out and disposed of properly.
- Cat Litter Maintenance: Clean and maintain cat litter boxes to ensure they are hygienic and odor-free.
- General Cleaning and Organization: Handle any other general cleaning or organizational tasks as required.
Compensation:
- The position pays $30 per hour, reflecting the importance we place on finding a skilled and reliable individual.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in cleaning and household management is essential.
- References: Strong references from previous employers or clients.
- Location: Must be located near Woodstock, NY, or willing to commute.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing needs and schedules, including the ability to start early in the morning on designated days.
