Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and assist in maintaining an efficient office environment.
Duties:
- Work in internal system, Service Monster, to track clients & estimates, prepare invoices, load receipts & signed contracts, etc.
- Analyze vendor receipts for company materials, send for review & record transactions
- Proofread estimates
- Prepare and send client contracts
- Prepare and send client invoices
- Communicate with Office Manager & Owners
- Complete various miscellaneous tasks as given by Office Manager & Owners
- Fill in during Office Manager/Owner time off
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
