We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our servicing team as an Entry-Level Office Assistant. This role will primarily involve providing clerical support to our team, including tasks such as scanning documents, processing data entry into our computer system, following up on old tasks, and assisting our receptionist with phone inquiries. This position offers significant potential for growth as the candidate becomes familiar with our business operations and procedures.

Responsibilities
Scan and file documents accurately and efficiently.
Perform data entry tasks to input information into our computer system with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist in following up on pending tasks and ensuring timely completion.
Provide support to the receptionist by answering phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual, and taking messages when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the office area.
Collaborate with team members to support the overall objectives of the servicing team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and file management.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.tot
