```Duties```
- Conduct field visits to Dealers and customers to assist technicians with troubleshooting down machines
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer information and provide feedback to the factory
- Make outbound calls to follow up with down equipment and schedule appointments
- provide technical support for technicians and dealerships in your territory
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a heavy equipment mechanic or technician preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and manage territory
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
