Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to owner and firm and billing specialist for client invoices and collections. Must be able to:
1) Use technology,
2) Learn software quickly,
3) Able to juggle many projects at one time,
4) Self starter
5) Create invoices from time and billing information in QuickBooks
6) Send out invoices and collect Payments in QuickBooks Desktop,
Manage owner's appointment calendar, following up with clients, email marketing, manage systems in the office.
