We are a small specialty construction firm and have been in business for decades. We are actively seeking a highly organized individual to contribute to administrative responsibilities and project management support. The ability to work in the office is a must.
Construction background is required
- Provide high-level administrative support
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Maintain an organized system for document control, tracking project documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Ability to review and manage submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes and schedules
- Support the preparation of bid documents for construction projects, including assembling and organizing relevant information.
- Assist in creating and maintaining construction schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deadlines.
- Conduct research and compile data for various reports, and change orders
- Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, communications, and presentations
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, data entry, and office management tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
