Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative / Customer Support Associate to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office for clients, customers, and Tech team. In Addition, This position is Monday - Friday / Full-Time this is a strictly office only position, must be present and on time M-F.
Office is located in The City of Industry, more details will be provided at the interview session.
Duties:
- Assist in planning and coordination for tech team and executives.
- Assist and maintain executive calendar and daily agenda
- You will be reporting directly to and interacting with the Executive daily.
- Learn our products and services offered in and out
- Will be responsible with scheduling tech to customer location to perform services
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and data entry.
- Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and escalate certain issues after a certain threshold and redirect calls to escalation department
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents accurately.
- Utilize and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Offer top-notch customer service to clients in person, on phone calls, in emails, and live Video chat sessions.
- Must have phone etiquette and professionalism
- Must be able to resolve issues and or
- Support executive as a personal assistant with various administrative / clerical tasks.
- Computerised information and maintain electronic records accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in clerical duties like filing, organizing, and maintaining records.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
- Excellent transcription skills for accurate documentation.
- Familiarity with proofreading techniques to ensure high-quality materials.
- Competency in using Google Suite for office tasks.
- Prior experience in customer service or as a personal assistant is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and proactive in completing tasks.
- Exceptional time management skills with a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
- Reliable transportation for punctuality and attendance at work.
