Job Title: Tier 1 Support Technician
Location: Georgetown, TX
Duration: 5-7 days
Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hr
Job Description:
We are seeking a temporary Tier 1 Support Technician for a short-term assignment in Georgetown, TX. The successful candidate will assist with basic IT support tasks and the physical moving of equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users.
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Set up and configure computer systems and peripherals.
- Move and relocate IT equipment as needed.
- Document issues and resolutions accurately.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to clear a background check.
- Capable of lifting and moving equipment.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and networks.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
