DATA SCIENTIST ARCHITECT
Currently, CMIT is seeking a motivated, career and customer orientated Data Scientist Architect to join our team supporting the DCSA FM Transformation contract.

- Work is remote.
Responsibilities

Improve data quality as well as universal data management and modeling standards that make data easier to use for decision-making across the agency.
- Create and sustain a robust, approachable, and implementable structure that supports and drives a revenue to cost model, specifically aimed as accessible product line accountability.

Develops, analyzes and models operational, economic, management, accounting and other organizational data to quantify the competitive performance of business segments, evaluate potential operational changes, and design new approaches and methodologies.

Analyzes organizational data to recommend solutions to new and complex problems, develops innovative strategies, quantifies the competitive performance of the organization's operations and/or markets; models and evaluates the potential impact of changes.

Applies and integrates statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling and business analysis skills to manage and manipulate complex high-volume data from a variety of sources

Provides leadership to managers and professional associates.

Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams.

Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities.

Decision-making is guided by department/district objectives.

Requires a comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards and principles.

Applies in-depth understanding of the business dynamics of own department/district integrates within the division.

Education/Certification

Bachelors degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience required. Masters degree preferred.
Qualifications Required
-
10 years related experience.
- Familiarity with FM Regulation and generally accepted accounting principles and government auditing standards.
- Familiarity with DoD FM Strategy or Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI).
- Able to work in a generally independent and collaborative environment.
Clearance Required

DoD Top Secret security clearance or higher. Must be able to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
