Schofield Assisted Living and Memory Care are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated caregiver team members.
Starting wages as high as $18.50/hr based off experience and certifications.
No Experience, No Problem, we will train you.
Part and full time A.M.’s - 6 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Part and full time P.M.’s – 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. (some short shifts available)
Part and full time NOC – 10 p.m. 6 a.m.

(Every other weekend and holiday rotation is required for all positions)
Set schedules: Monday and Wednesday OR Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other weekend.
No Mandating requests
Low resident to staff ratio responsibility
Homelike setting with core stable staffing and support
Booster Vaccinations available but NOT required.

Requirements:
-
assist residents with daily personal cares, including bathing and toileting
-
assist residents with transfers, as needed
-
assist with preparing and set-up/cleanup of meals and snacks o launder residents clothing, bedding, and towels

give medications to residents at proper times after approved training
-
assist with resident recreational activities as needed
-
routinely observe resident physical/mental status
-
properly report changes or significant information accordingly
-
answer the telephone and communicate with visitors in a friendly, professional manner o fulfill housekeeping and maintenance tasks as assigned

complete all necessary paperwork/charting when required
-
provide transportation for residents as needed

attend required Continuing education trainings as scheduled

any and all other reasonably related duties as assigned

physical requirements
This position requires full range of body motion, including handling, lifting, and assisting residents, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination. It requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds. It requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range, and working under stressful conditions and/or working irregular hours at times.
