We are looking for a driven individual to become a personal assistant to a couple executives at HEALTH ATLAST LLC!
We are an integrative holistic health office in Mar Vista, CA!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain files, both physical and electronic
- Transcribe documents and correspondence accurately
- Coordinate and manage appointments using Outlook Calendar
- Provide general office support, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries
- Handle front desk duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming/outgoing mail
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks
- Perform clerical duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook Calendar and Word
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing and proofreading documents
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
