Job Description

Driving sales ecosystem business: planning to execution. Segment, recruit, develop, enable and grow Partnerships to support business goals, execute channel sales strategies, and drive consistent bookings growth.

Primary responsibility to establish and grow a 100% “Partner-led” customer segment.

Establishing Executive Relationships: Cultivate trust and influence among senior leadership within the client’s strategic GTM (Go-To-Market) Partners. Collaborate on developing joint strategies, commitments, and execution plans, utilizing investments and programs to drive shared revenue goals.

Strategic MSP Engagement and Development: Leverage a robust background and network to engage strategically with MSPs.

Possess a deep understanding of the MSP landscape, including trends, services, financial models, and market news. Formulate a comprehensive MSP strategy encompassing recruitment, activation, and management of top MSPs, in coordination with existing strategic partners. Collaborate with Solutions Architects to lead enablement strategies for strategic MSPs, covering operations, support, sales, and technical aspects.

Strategic Partnership Management and Client Engagement: Serve as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and addressing them effectively. Cultivate and foster strategic partnerships to enhance collaborative business efforts. Build and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders.

Sales Management Expertise: Collaborate closely with Partners' Sales Teams to implement joint sales plays, programs, and industry solutions, maintaining a disciplined internal and external business cadence. This approach guides coverage, identifies opportunities, ensures consistent sales execution, and delivers positive results.

Market Development Initiatives: Create and execute targeted Pipeline Generation activities in collaboration with partners to foster top-of-funnel growth.

Education and Support: Facilitate the education, support, and growth of our partners' capabilities to articulate value propositions. Encourage the creation of complementary value-added partner services and offerings, empowering partners to help customers realize maximum value.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor initiatives, and emerging technologies. Leverage market insights to discover new business prospects and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications

Understanding or exposure to Elasticsearch is nice to have

Should have prior experience with sales and revenue generation.

Should be able to commute to the office in the NYC metro area, 2-3 times a week
