**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a strong background in early childhood education.
**Duties:**
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Monitor and assess student progress to provide a well-rounded educational experience
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers to create a comprehensive curriculum
**Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field *preferred*
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus (but if needed we can provide these courses).
