Job Requirements
Education
Preferred: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience
Required: 2 years of experience in healthcare clinical workflows and/or IT support, including experience with nursing, provider, or ancillary department technologies OR Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field.
Skills
- Basic understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows
- Knowledge of at least one clinical IT systems, including electronic health records (EHRs), picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), laboratory information systems (LIS), and other related applications.
- Ability to follow project plans and details.
- Attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the healthcare environment and adapt to project specific requirements.
- Basic knowledge of project management concepts and tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with department resources and management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including cross-functional teams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills during project phases.
- Compliance with project management methodologies and quality assurance standards.
- Contributes to project risk management and mitigation strategies.

- Ability to lead large scale project implementations
- Knowledgeable of clinical systems integrations with other technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with clinical leadership, executive management, and external vendors.
