Summary: As an Account Manager, you will support the Sales team and interface with customer, and Sales to compile, develop, validate & communicate production plans that support the overall business objectives of the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

Review requisitions from customers

Direct interface between customer to follow up on day to day issues for WIP status, drawing requests, and basic engineering information.

Create monthly forecast plan based on customer input and availability of inventory & capacity

Provide financial support (pricing, invoice review, aged billing, etc.) to Sales
-
Plan and manage customer requirements through product life cycle

General duties as required by management
-
Refer opportunities for the company’s other services to Sales Managers.

Develops relationships with clients to increase revenue and seeks business expansion with current customers.
Qualifications:
-
2-4 years in experience in the semiconductor industry
- Demonstrated planning, organizing, and statistical skills
-
Understanding of demand process, decisions and schedule, knowledge of forecast plan

Good business sense and decision making skills
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or 1 year equivalent experience
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:

Requires considerable knowledge of: modern office methods and procedures; modern business English, spelling and arithmetic; the operations of common office machines and equipment.

Requires considerable ability to: use good judgment in making routine decisions in accordance with existing laws, ordinances, regulations and departmental policies and procedures; establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with departmental personnel and customers.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Inventory software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
