Job Title: Vice President of Sales - High Rev Share Upside
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead and grow a sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to expand our market presence.
Duties:
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales performance and analyze data for informed decision-making
- Oversee outside sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client meetings
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities for revenue generation
- Uphold a strong focus on customer service excellence throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a sales environment
- Strong background in technology sales with a deep understanding of industry trends
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for sales management
- Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights for strategic planning
- Demonstrated success in outside sales and account management
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $191,895.00 per year
