This Regional Sales Manager position will be responsible for assigned accounts and business development activities that may be either geographic or strategic. This position is based in our Kansas City offices.
Responsibilities:
The Regional Sales Manager role is dedicated to increasing sales and market share through effective relationship building and capturing sales with potential prospects and existing clients. Responsibilities include:
· Responsible for profitable sales growth that meets or exceeds company expectations
· Develops and executes a strategic plan for the region consistent with goal achievement
· Tracks and reports sales and goal progress to management along with industry and market specific trends and feedback
· Travels (25% in normal conditions) within the assigned geography and develops positively impactful relationships with customers and key contacts
· Guides, supports and works in concert with BVA Inside Sales as well as our Manufacturer’s Representatives in your territory
· Manages and reports expenses within company guidelines
· Maximizes brand demand for BVA Hydraulics
· Supports additional projects and BVA interests as needed
Requirements:
· Proven history of outside sales achievement (3+ years of business-to-business sales experience)
· Excellent written and oral communication/presentation abilities
· Demonstration of intellect, resourcefulness, drive, and sales acumen
· Positive attitude and flexibility to changes as required by the environment
· Comfort with Microsoft Office
· Ability to learn and effectively communicate technical information
· Demonstrated ability to set and exceed goals, self-manage and prioritize workload
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Preferred:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· Industrial sales experience
Compensation:
Base plus commission commensurate with experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
