Brevillier Village is an award winning, non-profit housing and health care community for seniors. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with a concentration of IT or MIS related education preferred.
- 5 years' experience in a Management or a Healthcare environment.
- Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing and cost reporting.
- Solid financial, analytical, and technical skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of spreadsheets.
- Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Consistently demonstrate the highest levels of integrity and ethics.
- Self-motivated and eager to assume additional responsibilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
- Critical and strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate plans into action.
- Ability to readily adapt to and manage change.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
POSITION INVOLVES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Providing strategic leadership for all financial aspects of the village. Responsible for all aspects of the accounting department, 3rd party billing and cost reporting, payroll, accounts receivable, and overseeing investments. Generating monthly operational and board level reports, creating budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Help identify and drive cost efficiencies and guide management.
- Works closely with accounting and IT staff to resolve any system issue or implement any required changes to facilitate accurate and timely billing.
- Utilizing technology to automate village department workflows.
