This position covers long term care facilities in the Twin Fall and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments providing objective data contributing to patient care
- Work directly with provider to facilitate mental health exam
Qualifications:
- Ability to work and manage schedule independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable Transportation
