We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and knowledgeable Automotive Sales Manager to join our team.
Automotive Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Oversee inventory control and management processes
Automotive Sales Manager Qualifications:
- 2+years of automotive sales management experience required
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in retail math and inventory control
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques and sales prospecting
- Strong negotiation and closing skills

Pay: $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
