Silver Mirror is searching for a dynamic, experienced, and entrepreneurial Assistant Manager to join our team. This role will report directly to our Regional Operations Manager across our vibrant locations in Dupont Circle, Navy Yard, and Penn Quarter. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep passion for skincare and a strong commitment to delivering excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $49,000 per year including bonus potential.
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday

Your Role at Silver Mirror
As an Assistant Manager at Silver Mirror, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion in the beauty industry, embodying our mission to spread the magic of well-being. This dual-focused role combines strategic partnership development with operational excellence, aiming to foster relationships that fuel our growth while ensuring the highest level of service within our facilities.
Primary Responsibilities: New Guest Manager
- Develop and Maintain Partnerships: Forge strong connections with retail, residential, office buildings, and corporate partners. Your goal is to create and nurture relationships that elevate our brand and expand our reach.
- Coordinate and host partnership events
- Market Research: Conduct analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities, keeping abreast of market trends and competitor strategies.
- Strategy Execution: Collaborate with our team to craft and implement comprehensive partnership strategies that align with our business goals.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee all aspects of the partnership lifecycle, from initial activation to ongoing management, ensuring each partnership is fruitful and aligns with our standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize metrics to assess the effectiveness of partnerships, making data-driven decisions to enhance results.
- Reporting: Keep senior management informed with regular updates and detailed reports on partnership performance and strategic opportunities.
Secondary Responsibilities: Assistant Manager
- Front Desk Leadership: Directly engage with guests to enhance sales and create unique experiences. Manage the front desk operations to guarantee exceptional service.
- Operational Support: Assist in operational duties including inventory management, ordering supplies, and coordinating with contractors.
- Team Management: Train and lead a team of front desk staff, ensuring they are proficient in our systems and uphold our service standards.
- Client Scheduling: Manage client appointments using MindBody Online, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer concerns and feedback, working proactively to maintain Silver Mirror's reputation for excellence.

- A dynamic individual with at least 3 years of experience in partnership management or sales-focused roles.
- Exceptionally skilled in communication and negotiation, able to engage and captivate stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker with a flair for creativity and innovation in business development.
