We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team! You will oversee project finance, planning, and client relations. Major objectives include managing the project with defined profitability and timing parameters; and completing the project to the satisfaction of the client.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of a construction project from planning to implementation
- Finalize project schedule and manages overall resource allocation and management
- Coordinates resources and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Monitor job profitably
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of site construction project management
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
