Overview:
The Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and execute on strategic marketing plans to build Evan-Moor's brand and product awareness across channels. With an understanding of key metrics, SEO, and competitor analysis, the Marketing Manager will develop initiatives to drive revenue and achieve company goals. The Marketing Manager will also manage Evan-Moor’s social media accounts with an eye for leveraging the brand and products through organic, paid ad strategies and agencies.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop and implement campaigns and strategies that build brand and product awareness across channels and report on KPIs.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Develop annual and new product pricing strategies for products and services.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Monitors effectiveness of marketing and promotions programs and assists in developing market strategic plans to improve market penetration.
- Partner with the e-commerce manager to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics, utilizing email marketing, social media, and the website.
- Develop Social Media strategies and channel recommendations.
- Manage Social Media scheduling for Evan-Moor including creating content and partnering with marketing designer for graphics or video that informs and engages, primarily focused on Meta. Coordinate with our agency to strategize on Meta ads.
- Help to develop creative briefs to provide direction for marketing campaigns, aligning creative direction with the company’s strategic goals.
- Manage content and updates for sales collateral.

- Strong marketing experience and understanding of key KPIs.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong digital marketing experience.
- Excellent project management, multitasking, priority setting and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid office situation. Preferred location: Monterey area.
- Ability to professionally interact with all levels of an organization.
Qualifications:
- College degree in marketing or business.
- 3–5 years of product marketing experience.
- Familiarity with marketing and reporting tools including Google Analytics 4, CRMs, and social media dashboards.
- Familiarity with paid ad strategies for Google and Meta.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office suite

Pay: $71,000.00 - $99,300.00 per year
