Licensed and Experienced P&C Agency Manager Needed!
- Experience with leading an agency whilst growing agency revenue through retention, service, sales
- Demonstrates skill and experience in all aspects of leading a team of agents
- Agency billing experience
- Rewrite and relationship building expertise for both personal and commercial lines
- Willingness and demonstrated ability to attract new clients and new lines of business for existing clients
- Experience with agency management software
- A willingness and ability to be proactive beyond the reactive demands of the role
- Team player who leads by example
- A "can do" attitude and ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment

This is a $55,000 salary plus monthly commission/bonus position. Uncapped commissions.
